DO YOU HAVE APPLECARE+?
If you have AppleCare+ for this product, AppleCare+ includes battery service coverage, which means your battery can be replaced at no charge if we test your product and its battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity.
AppleCare+ also provides coverage for accidental damage from handling, and each incident is subject to a service fee as listed.
Important note about AppleCare+ MacBook repairs.
AppleCare+ provides coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage. Each incident claim will incur a service fee as outlined in the table below. This fee is payable when your device is booked in for repair.
Important note about out-of-warranty MacBook repairs.
A $99 Service Fee applies to all out-of-warranty MacBook repair services. This is payable when the device is booked-in for assessment. The Service fee will be deducted from the total repair cost if you choose to proceed with the MacBook repair.

For physical damages with no Applecare+ or any other faults, please call or email Geekworks for a quote. Alternatively, you can bring your machine in store with no appointment for assessment.
Battery Service
If you're experiencing an issue with your battery, your Mac notebook battery service might be covered by warranty, consumer law or AppleCare+.
These prices are for out-of-warranty service. We may need to test your product to determine the final service fee.
