DO YOU HAVE APPLECARE+?
AppleCare+ for Mac gives you expert telephone support and additional hardware coverage up to three years from the day you bought your Mac. If you didn't buy AppleCare+ with your Mac, you can buy it within 60 days of your Mac purchase if your product isn't damaged. If you have AppleCare+ for this product, AppleCare+ includes battery service coverage, which means your battery can be replaced at no charge if we test your product and its battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity.
AppleCare+ also provides coverage for accidental damage from handling, and each incident is subject to a service fee as listed.

How do I get my Mac fixed?
To get service for your Mac, you can make a reservation at an Apple Store or an Apple Authorised Service Provider. Geekworks does not require you to make an appointment. Make sure you know your Apple ID and password with you in case needed.
There's no charge if the issue is covered under Apple Warranty, AppleCare+ or Australian Consumer Law. If your issue isn't covered, the price depends on the type of repair. Ask our service technicians for an estimate.

Accessories
Apple-branded accessories are covered under the Apple One-Year Limited Warranty. Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use. If your accessory's battery is depleted and your warranty has expired, you can replace the accessory’s battery for a fee.
