If you have AppleCare+ for this product, AppleCare+ includes battery service coverage, which means your battery can be replaced at no charge if we test your product and its battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity.
AppleCare+ also provides coverage for accidental damage from handling, and each incident is subject to a service fee as listed.
IPHONE REPAIR PRICING FOR OTHER DAMAGE
Prices listed are inclusive of GST and are subject to change at any time. The repair pricing listed below applies only to screen damage. Additional costs may apply if further damages are found during the assessment. We will advise of any additional costs before proceeding with the service.
Important note about AppleCare+ iPhone repairs. AppleCare+ provides coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage. Each incident claim will incur a service fee as outlined in the table below. This fee is payable when your device is booked in for repair.
Important note about out-of-warranty iPhone repairs. A $49 Service Fee applies to all out-of-warranty iPhone repair services. This is payable when the device is booked-in for assessment. The $49 Service fee will be deducted from the total repair cost if you choose to proceed with the iPhone repair. If your iPhone is being booked in for a screen replacement, the whole price of that service is payable upfront.
IPHONE BATTERY SERVICE PRICING
Your iPhone battery service might be covered by your warranty, an AppleCare plan, or Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, you’ll pay an out-of-warranty fee for battery service, as shown below. If your iPhone has any damage that impairs the replacement of the battery, such as a cracked screen, that issue will need to be resolved prior to the battery replacement. In some cases, there may be a cost associated with the repair.
