AirPods Replacement, Repair & Service
As An Apple Authorised Service provider and an Apple Authorised Reseller for more than 17 Years we know your product. We have technicians that predate our store and the Apple Store* in Australia, and that have hands on technical experience with Apple that covers EVERY SINGLE product model Apple has released. While that does not mean everything is repairable, we are in a unparalleled position to give you the best advice regarding your repair or possible replacement and data recovery if necessary.
Battery service
We can replace your AirPods battery for a service fee. Our warranty doesn't cover batteries that wear down from normal use.
Your product is eligible for a battery replacement at no additional cost if you have AppleCare+ for Headphones and your product's battery holds less than 80% of its original capacity. AppleCare+ covers both the AirPods and the Charging Case.
Replace a lost AirPod
Did you lose an AirPod or your Charging Case? You can buy a replacement for a left or right AirPod or the Charging Case. Your replacement will be new.
AppleCare+ for Headphones does not cover lost or stolen AirPods.
How much will it cost?
You can replace a single AirPod (left or right AirPod) or a Charging Case for a fee. We'll inspect your product when we receive it. If additional damage is found, you could pay an additional fee.
Our pricing for these items is identical to prices set by Apple.
Do you have AppleCare+?
Your country or region offers AppleCare+ for this product. AppleCare+ includes battery service coverage, which means your battery can be replaced at no charge if we test your product and its battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity.
AppleCare+ also provides coverage for accidental damage from handling, and each incident is subject to a service fee.
